Michigan Council of the Blind
The Michigan Council of the Blind works to unite people, organizations, and resources to promote personal, social and cultural growth for the visually impaired. We strive to increase understanding of the needs and problems of the blind and visually impaired and to promote equal opportunities. We work with individuals to increase participation in education, employment, social, cultural and recreational activities. Our organization advocates for quality standards in rehabilitation services provided by public and private institutions.
