Jacob's Heart Children's Cancer Association is dedicated to improving the quality of life for children with cancer and easing the burden faced by their families. Our services include bilingual counseling and support groups, resource library and referrals, arts programs, direct financial assistance, and meal, phone and grocery vouchers.
